SELF-ACUPRESSURE
This is a method that you can use remotely or if you are out of town. Self-Acupressure is very similar to acupuncture but we’ll be using the infrared energy points of your fingertips.

Self-acupressure is a self healing technique that involves applying pressure to specific points on the body using your fingers. It's based on the principles of traditional acupuncture and is used to alleviate physical and emotional pain, improve circulation, and enhance overall well-being. To perform self acupressure, you can use your thumb, index finger, or any other part of your hand to apply firm pressure to the desired acupressure points for several minutes.
