I offer corporate wellness days focused on stress regulation, nervous system support, and mental clarity, drawing from acupuncture, acupressure, and Traditional East Asian Medicine.
These sessions are designed to support employee well-being by providing practical, evidence-informed tools for managing stress, improving focus, and restoring balance in the body.
Format Options
Wellness days can be customized and offered in one of the following formats:
• In-person group acupuncture sessions, when appropriate
• Virtual or in-person guided acupressure sessions, teaching employees simple, self-guided techniques they can use at work or at home
Many companies and team leaders invite me to facilitate these sessions as a one-time wellness event or on a recurring basis (weekly or bi-monthly), depending on organizational needs.
